Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations: We reserve a space in our schedule specifically for you. If you do not show for your appointment and do not notify us, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for a Missed Appointments / Late fee. We also reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Three no show or late cancelations are grounds for dismissal from the practice.
